My educational background is in social work, as I am a graduate of Cleveland State University and a licensed social worker. I also have my credentials from the Ohio Drug and Alcohol Board as a Certified Prevention Specialist II (OCPS II). I primarily work with both adolescents and adults in the ares of substance abuse and mental health issues combined.

I have been with Psych and Psych Services since 2002 and work part-time three evenings a week. My full time job is with the Elyria City Schools, working at Elyria High School. I am the Student Assistance Liaison. This position involves my receiving all referrals for social/emotional/behavioral issues that hinders a student's academic success. I have been with the school district for 23 years. My passion is helping adolescents work through their problems along with keeping their own individuality.
