Psychiatric and Psychological Service's strength lies in our diverse and professional staff. Our diversified staff consists of Psychologists, Licensed Independent Social Workers, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, Master's Level & Ph.D. Therapists, Certified Chemical Dependency Counselors, Educators. Each staff member is trained to treat general problems such as anxiety and depression. In addition, all staff members have extensive training and experience in their respective fields. All non-licensed therapists work under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.

Amy May, M.A., P.C.
Experience has been with the Lorain County Domestic Relations Court. While there I provided individual Art Therapy services for at risk youth on probation. I also met with juveniles in the Detention Home providing crisis intervention. I have a great deal of experience in group facilitation with adolescents as well as adults. I have utilizted cognitive based curriculums in a group setting, focusing on anger management, cognitive restructuring, as well as providing educational components to the therapy. I have also facilitated groups for families in need.
