Mandy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. With a compassionate, collaborative approach, Mandy helps clients navigate the challenges of recovery, mental wellness, and personal growth.
Mandy earned her Social Work degree from Cleveland State University and has extensive experience working with adults and older teens facing a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. In private practice, Mandy provides individual therapy that blends evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies. She tailors each session to the unique goals and needs of every client, empowering them to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
In addition to individual therapy, Mandy facilitates an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that offers a structured and supportive group environment for individuals pursuing recovery and stability. Through shared experience and community connection, clients gain encouragement, accountability, and hope as they move toward healing.
