Bonnie Hayes, LPCC, LICDC
Outpatient Therapist
Bonnie is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from West Virginia University and has devoted her career to helping adults navigate emotional challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Her therapeutic approach draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused interventions. Bonnie works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, phobias, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
She believes that counseling is a collaborative journey—one where individuals feel truly understood, supported, and empowered. When people feel seen and heard, they can begin to heal, grow, and thrive, building the resilience and self-awareness needed for lasting emotional well-being.
