Biography

Darci is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Supervisor. She is the Clinical Director and Co-Owner of Psych & Psych Services. Darci earned her Master of Social Work from Cleveland State University in 2014. She has been practicing for approximately 20 years and has experience working with children, families, and adults who struggle with mental health and addiction. Darci uses a Person-Centered Approach when working with clients and utilizes multiple techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Stages of Change to best fit the needs of the client. She has also been trained in EMDR Therapy. She has experience working with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and mood disorders. Darci believes everyone has a unique journey and there are many different paths to recovery. Darci is dedicated to making each one of her clients feel comfortable in a safe space and creating a treatment plan specifically tailored to suit their needs moving forward in counseling.
