Biography

Kayle Mowry, MA, LPC, CDCA

Outpatient Therapist

Kayle is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Chemical Dependency Counselor’s Assistant who strives for client comfort and success through a client-centered approach. Kayle graduated from Heidelberg University in 2025 with her Master's in the Arts of Counseling and has roughly 4 years of experience working with mental health and
substance abuse clients. 

 

Kayle works with teens and adults. Kayle takes a client-centered and eclectic approach by meeting the clients where they are. Kayle uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Gottman approaches, Family Systems approaches, Trauma-Informed techniques as well as specific art therapy techniques to best assist those struggling with substance use and mental health concerns. Kayle has experience working with anxiety and depressive disorders, substance use disorders, trauma and adjustment disorders, stress management and career issues. 
 

Kayle believes that rapport is the core to helping a client foster resilience and and self love to create meaningful change in a clients' unique ways. 
 

Outside of the office, Kayle enjoys roller skating, lounging with her cat, and concerts.
