Stacy Mills, MSW, LSW
Outpatient Therapist
Stacy (she/her) is a queer-identified, neurodivergent therapist and licensed social worker who is passionate about helping individuals feel seen, understood, and empowered in their healing journeys. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. Stacy practices from a strengths-based, client-centered perspective and draws from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each person where they are.
Stacy has experience supporting clients with a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and gender dysphoria. She specializes in working with OCD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ experiences. Her therapeutic approach integrates Brainspotting, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, somatic approaches, and psychodynamic therapy to provide individualized, trauma-informed care tailored to each client’s unique needs and lived experiences.
Outside of her professional work, Stacy enjoys reading horror and fantasy novels, building LEGO sets, attending conventions, Pokemon, and spending time with her family.
